Event Planning Packages

Day of coordination for the bride who needs assistance of the day of the wedding and rehearsal dinner. This also includes one complimentary meeting. 

· Ceremony planning, processional, recessional, placement of bridal party and family

· Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to clients and

  vendors

· Final overview of the wedding day

· Coordination of rehearsal and wedding day ceremony

· Coordination of Reception program ex: first dance

· Collection and listing of all necessary wedding items to be setup on wedding day, including guest books, candles, photographs, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, reserved table list, seating cards, table numbers, etc.

This package is geared toward the Bride who may complete some planning but needs help with putting all the details together. This allows her to have a hands on role while we assist her with our professional expertise. 

• Initial      consultation with the bride and groom
• Answer any etiquette questions
• Assist with selecting a color      scheme, theme, style and design of the wedding
• Unlimited phone and email      availability
• At least three planning      meetings between clients and planner
• Budget Planning and Guidance
• Prepare a schedule/timeline and      to do list
• Help with the selection and      booking of ceremony and reception venues
• Help with selecting,  negotiating, and booking vendors. We will schedule appointments and are available to accompany clients. 
• Provide a preferred list of vendors
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
• Continuous updates and consultation with clients about vendors services and products
• Final meeting covering all details with client, the month of wedding and the week prior to the wedding. This planning meeting will include:

• Help with selecting, negotiating, and booking vendors. We will schedule appointments and are available to accompany clients.
